PIS 2024 payment calendar

Get ready, worker! The 2024 PIS/Pasep, referring to the base year 2022, will begin to be paid. More than 24.5 million people benefited, with an impressive amount of R$23.9 billion.

The criteria? Simple: your birth month. And the best part: the value of the bonus will be adjusted with the increase in the minimum wage.

When does the PIS 2024 payment calendar start?

Now the interesting part: payments start on February 15th and go until August 15th. For those born in January, joy begins in February. And so on, with each month of birth corresponding to a specific month of payment.

Furthermore, it is also important to mention that, from February 5th, you will be able to check your eligibility on the gov.br portal or on the Digital Work Card app. Therefore, see the complete calendar in the table below:

Who is entitled to PIS 2024?

To withdraw PIS in 2024, you must have received up to two monthly minimum wages on average in 2022.

In addition, be registered with PIS/Pasep for at least five years and have worked with a formal contract for at least 30 days in 2022. And of course, your data must be correct with the government.

Who is not entitled?

On the other hand, it is also important to know who is left out: domestic workers, rural and urban workers employed by individuals, and those employed by individuals equivalent to legal entities.

How much will I receive?

The amount you will receive through PIS/Pasep is proportional to the months worked in 2022. Therefore, if you worked all year, you will receive R$1,412. But if you worked less, don’t worry: each month is worth R$117.67.
