New value available for WITHDRAWAL, updated calendar and readjusted rules: PIS/Pasep in March!

PIS/Pasep is a Brazilian government program that provides payment of salary bonuses to private sector workers and public servants.

The Social Integration Program (PIS) and the Public Servant Asset Formation Program (Pasep) are social contribution programs created with the aim of providing benefits to workers.

PIS/Pasep: find out who can receive benefits

According to the Federal Government, these are the criteria for receiving PIS/Pasep.

Be registered in the Social Integration Program (PIS) for at least five years; Have worked with a formal contract for at least 30 days in the base year; Have received an average monthly remuneration of up to two minimum wages during the period worked in the base year; Have your data correctly reported by the employer in the Annual Social Information List (RAIS).

For public servants, eligibility for Pasep requires being registered with the Public Servant Heritage Training Program (Pasep) for at least five years and having been a public servant or military member during the base year.

Therefore, workers and public servants who meet these criteria are entitled to receive the PIS/Pasep salary bonus.

Salary bonus calendar and amounts

PIS/Pasep values ​​are based on two factors: current minimum wage – which is R$1412.00 and number of months worked. Check the table.
