New aid of R$ 2 THOUSAND released by the Lula Government

The news of the release of aid of 2 thousand reais is particularly significant not only because of the amount involved, but also because of the approach adopted.

The current government, under the leadership of President Lula and with the support of Minister Tebet, sought to meet an urgent need in the country: financial assistance to low-income families, especially students who face challenges in completing secondary education.

New savings law

The new savings law that came into force at Caixa Econômica Federal is based on the so-called "Pé de Meia" program.

This program’s main objective is to grant a monthly savings grant to low-income students, encouraging them to complete high school.

This represents a crucial initiative to ensure that more young people have access to better professional training conditions and, consequently, more favorable employment opportunities.

Details of the "Pé de Meia" Program:

The "Pé de Meia" program works in a simple and effective way. The aid amounts will be deposited in accounts opened in the name of the students, including the possibility of using digital social savings.

Beneficiaries of Youth and Adult Education (EJA), aged between 19 and 24, will also be eligible to participate in the program.

Upon registration, at the beginning of the school year, high school students will receive an initial amount of R$200 in their accounts.

Furthermore, proof of school attendance will entitle you to receive R$1,800 per year, distributed in nine installments of R$200 each. This means that the total annual value will be R$2,000.

Extra benefits

Students who complete the last year of high school will receive an additional benefit of R$3,000 in their savings accounts, equivalent to R$1,000 per year completed.

In addition, low-income students in the 3rd grade who register for the National High School Exam (Enem) will also receive an extra payment of R$200.

Stimulus to Education

The Minister of Education, Camilo Santana, emphasized the importance of the program by stating that this aid will serve as an additional incentive for young people to complete high school and participate in Enem, which already offers free registration for public school students.

The "Pé de Meia" program not only financially supports low-income students, but also encourages them to seek a solid education and, thus, improve their future prospects.

Take advantage of the new aid!

In summary, the new savings law that came into force at Caixa Econômica Federal represents a significant change in financial assistance to low-income students and their families.

The aid of R$2,000, released by President Lula and Minister Tebet, aims not only to alleviate the economic burden of these families. The idea is also to encourage the education and training of young Brazilians.

Finally, "Pé de Meia" represents an important step in building a more promising and equal future for the country's youth.
