A minimum wage RELEASED through Caixa Tem in February

From February onwards, workers will be able to receive payment of the salary bonus through Caixa Tem and Banco do Brasil. See if you’re eligible!

Have you heard about Caixa Tem’s news for 2024? Starting in February, the application will begin releasing deposits of up to one minimum wage for workers.

Caixa Tem will receive salary bonus payment

In principle, the value of the salary bonus is proportional to the months worked. If you worked just one month with a formal contract in the reference year, for example, you will receive R$117.67.

The maximum value, therefore, equivalent to all months of work according to the base year, is one minimum wage, that is, R$1,412.

Who is entitled to PIS/Pasep?

Then, to be entitled to the bonus, you must be registered with PIS/Pasep for at least five years, have worked with a formal contract for at least 30 days (consecutive or not), have received up to two minimum wages and have your data updated at RAIS.

When does the money arrive at Caixa Tem?

Firstly, payment at Caixa Tem occurs for those who work in the private sector and, consequently, receive PIS.

January: February 15th;February: March 15th;March: April 14th;April: April 15th;May and June: May 15th;July and August: June 17th;September and October: July 15th;November and December: August 15th.


Furthermore, the payment of Pasep, which is a benefit intended for public employees, is paid by Banco do Brasil. See the dates:

NIS 0: February 15;NIS 1: March 15;NIS 2 and 3: April 15;NIS 4 and 5: May 15;NIS 6 and 7: June 17;NIS 8: July 15;NIS 9 : August 15th.

How to consult PIS/Pasep?

To consult the PIS, workers linked to the private sector can access the Caixa Trabalhador app (Android: or iOS: the Caixa Econômica Federal website (or Caixa’s internet banking, using the NIS (Social Identification Number).

As for Pasep, public servants must consult Banco do Brasil, through the website (internet banking) or directly at branches, using the Pasep number.
