Jonesing for some classic rock? I suspect Harmonix will be happy to satisfy that jones with next week’s DLC offering for Rock Band 3. Check it:
| Lynyrd Skynyrd | Saturday Night Special | ||
| Lynyrd Skynyrd | Sweet Home Alabama (Live) | ||
| Lynyrd Skynyrd | Tuesday’s Gone | ||
| Lynyrd Skynyrd | What’s Your Name? | ||
| .38 Special | Hold on Loosely | ||
| Bad Company | Can’t Get Enough |
Per-track pricing is the usual $2, and you can pick up the four Skynyrd tunes for $6.99 on PS3, 560 Microsoft Points on 360, or 700 Wii Points. And if you’ve already made the leap to the Mustang, you’ll be pleased to know that every track next week features a Pro guitar/bass upgrade except for “Tuesday’s Gone.” Those’ll run you a buck, of course.
Dig the Southern rock after the break.

Yessssss.
Hold on Loosely has been longggg overdue. The cover in GH 80s doesn’t do it justice. Also Pro Guitar on all these tracks is a major plus.
Some really good stuff. I love me some classic rock, so these are are a done deal for me. I was worried about the live track, but if it’s the same version as the playlist, that performance kicks ass!
I’d prefer Caught Up In You for a single .38 special song, but Hold On Loosely is pretty good too.
What? No Ballad of Curtis Lowe?
Great Southern Rock. It’ll be a blast to play.
Nice!
Please Oh Pleeeease give RB3 ” I know a little ” Lynyrd Skynyrd of course..
