Aww yeah! The rumors are true: Snoop Dogg is making his Rock Band debut next week with an eight-pack of songs designed to get your lowrider jumping.

Alas, no “Gin and Juice.” I would have even accepted the Gourds cover. Oh well.

The tracks hit on Tuesday, but there’s a small wrinkle: “That’s Tha’ Homie” won’t hit PS3 for another week, for some reason. As a result, the whole pack won’t hit PS3 until September 21.

Pricing is the usual $2 or equivalent per track, however; and for the whole pack, you’ll pay either 1080 Microsoft Points or $13.49 on PS3. Oh, and don’t expect to hear any of these in Lego Rock Band. Find out why in the playlist, embedded after the break.
