If you like tricking out your Xbox 360 avatar with hip new duds and gear, you’re going to want to take a look at this suite of Rock Band 3-themed accessories in the Xbox Live Marketplace. The accessory lineup includes guitar, drums, mic, and keyboard — as well as an MTV Video Music Awards “Moonman” statuette.
There’s also a bunch of rock-themed clothing, and even an entire Moonman outfit. YouTube user HeyRiley has posted video of several of the items; you can find it embedded after the break.

Is it too nitpicky to wish his hands were somewhere near the fret buttons on the guitar? I’m not a fan of the clumsy/cutesy Avatar animations, and details like that (or the awkward way that keyboard’s held) are a reason why. Too bad, because otherwise I’d consider buying the guitar.

No, it’s not nitpicky at all. It looks absolutely terrible, his hand is too far down the neck, and opens itself to the whole not really playing argument. I’m fairly certain the Guitar Hero guitar didn’t look as silly.
