According to the most recent Xbox Live newsletter (via Xbox360Achivements.org), July 13 will bring a pack of Vines tunes to Rock Band. No word yet on what’s to be included, but the price will be 680 Microsoft Points, which in the past has translated to five songs.
I wonder if this dose of Aussie rock is the team’s way of sending off departing Rock Band 3 lead designer Dan Teasdale?
Anyway, we should get the full rundown of tracks tomorrow morning. Until then, let’s speculate: What would you like to see in the pack?

Excellent! I was hoping some DLC would follow the announcement that Get Free would be in RB3.
There’s a weird feeling at the moment though, where DLC you *really* want you actually don’t want until around November so that it comes with Pro notation and Keys.
PS As an Australian, I cannot understate the irony of an Australian leading the way on RB3 when RB2 was never released in Australia.
Actually, a number of The Vines’ big singles have been very short. Highly Evolved is 1:34. He’s a Rocker, lead single off their most recent album, is 1:55. Don’t Listen to the Radio is 2:10. And so on and so forth.
Is there any precedent for a track pack having more songs at the same price point based on the short length of songs involved?
