Well, things were pretty quiet over in Rock Band Network land over the weekend, but a whole bunch of new tracks were officially released this morning. There’s just one problem: Three quarters of them don’t actually appear to be available on the Xbox Live Marketplace yet.
Posting on the Rock Band forums, HMXMister_Game said: “We have contacted Microsoft and are investigating with them. Since 2 of the 8 songs we added today are working, I suspect that this is an issue with Xbox LIVE Marketplace, but really, who knows?”
UPDATE: Four more songs have gone live. Will update again when the final two go up.
UPDATE 2: Ah, there we go.
Of course I’ll update this when the issues get resolved. Until then, though, here’s the lineup of what’s coming:
| Cancer Bats | Dead Wrong | 160 MS | ![]() |
|
| Creed | Higher | 160 MS | ![]() |
|
| Exodus | Riot Act | 160 MS | ![]() |
|
| The Gufs | Smile (Live) | 160 MS | ![]() |
|
| Made Avail | Walking Away | 160 MS | N/A | N/A |
| The New Regime | Haunt My Mind | 160 MS | ![]() |
|
| The Tragically Hip | Blow at High Dough | 240 MS | ![]() |
|
| Verse Versus Chorus | Surprise | 160 MS |
Come on, who hasn’t been dying for some Creed in Rock Band?

THE TRAGICALLY HIP are finally in Rock Band. Thank goodness they finally just went and did it themselves via RBN. I swear it seems if Canadian rock wasn’t recorded before the 80′s or appeals to teenagers it has no chance of being official DLC.
Surprised they didn’t start with New Orleans is Sinking, but then maybe that title is a touchy one for U.S. consumers…
Blow at High Dough! I may never play another song on Rock Band ever again.
Well, at least until New Orleans is Sinking makes it through the pipe.
Also “Blow at High Dough” and “Higher” are both only $1 (80 MSP)! What is this madness?
Glad to see all the love for the Tragically Hip. I’d kill to have all of Fully Completely available. Throw in “Nautical Disaster” for good measure.
Higher isnt a dollar… Its 160 points. Thats 2 bucks. I’m still gonna get it, I’m just 50 cents shy right now…
I’d love to know why Blow at High Dough is $3. Maybe because they know Hip fans will pay that. Which, fool that I am, I will …
