Well folks, we’ve come to the end of our giveaway. But I’ve saved the best for last: It’s a Grand Theft Auto IV mega-pack. Included in today’s prize package:
- Four GTA4 logo stickers.
- Four character stickers.
- One GTA4 logo t-shirt, in M (it’s a fairly large M)
- Five in-game logo stickers: tw@ Internet Cafe, Liberty City Swingers, Pißwasser, Burger Shot, and City of Liberty Police Department.
- One Liberty City Swingers foam finger in an, uh, unusual configuration (link is probably not work-safe).
- And one ceramic statuette of the Statue of Happiness, about seven inches tall. Here’s a closeup:

Of course, I’m not going to hand out such a huge pile of prime game swag without making you work for it. So here’s the deal:
The Challenge:
Link Terminator 2‘s T-1000 to Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles‘ T-1001.
The Parameters:
Three songs. And just to make it even harder, one of the connections between songs is a performer on only one of the song connections; this person is a producer on the other.
I’m not going to lie to you, Marge, this may be a tough one. So as always, have a look at the rules to improve your chances of winning. Have fun, and I’ll see you next week with the answers!

T-1000 – Robert Patrick
T-1001 – Shirley Manson (Garbage)
Robert Patrick played Johnny Cash’s father in Walk The Line.
Johnny Cash – Ring Of Fire
Social Distortion covered Ring Of Fire
Dave Jerden produced most of the Social Distortion tracks…
Dave Jerden also produced Ixnay by Offspring….
Offspring were presented the Classic Songwriter award by Shirley Manson at the 2002 Kerrang! Awards
So…. three songs would have to be….
Johnny Cash – Ring of Fire
Social Distortion – Ring of Fire
Offspring – Gone Away or All I Want.
I know it’s a bit fragmented, but wanted to include my workings!
Gah! That took ages and re-reading the post it’s probably not right either
It’s snowing……..I know it is not related, but ugh. Nice job DJ. Some intersting connections.
This one isn’t that hard, but I’m in Madison so local lore helps with some of the connections.
Robert Patrick (T-1000) is the older brother of Richard Patrick, the lead singer of Filter. On “Take a Picture” (Band Hero), D’arcy Wretzky contributed vocals. She was also the Bass player for Smashing Pumpkins, and therefore played on “Cherub Rock” (RB1 & GHIII) and Today (RB2). Both songs were on the Siamese Dream album, which was produced by Butch Vig. Butch Vig is also the drummer for Garbage, so he’s played on “I think I’m Paranoid” (RB); “Why Do You Love Me” (RB DLC) and “Only Happy When it Rains” (GH5) [pick one] with Shirley Manson, the lead singer and also plays the T-1001.
