Harmonix is eager to get the word out about Rock Band Bar Nights. So eager, in fact, that they’re enlisting your help. From now until December 18, they’re asking folks to recommend bars in their area for the Bar Nights promotion. You get points based on how many bars you recommend, how detailed the information is, and whether the bar eventually signs up for Bar Nights.

At the end of the promotion, the people with the most points get some pretty nifty prizes:

1 Grand Prize: The Beatles: Rock Band LE Bundle & Gretsch Guitar (Xbox, PS3, or Wii)
2 2nd Prizes: Ion Drum Rocker (Xbox only)
2 3rd Prizes: Fender Wooden Stratocaster (Xbox only)
10 4th Prizes: TB:RB Stand Alone Guitar (Gretsch or Rickenbacker – Xbox only)

This seems like a pretty painless way to win some sweet gear while making the nightlife in your town that much more awesome. It’s kind of a win-win.
