Now that’s a bit of a jarring juxtaposition. Next week’s Rock Band releases include five tines from vaguely gothy, vaguely emo-ey, alt-rock band AFI…and one from squeaky-clean ’80s hitmakers The Bangles.

This is the only track from this week’s offering that’s available in Lego Rock Band’s family-friendly music store, which leads me to wonder if we’re going to be seeing more mixes like this in the future. After all, this week we got the shocking one-two punch of the White Stripes and SpongeBob Squarepants. I’m wondering if Harmonix is going to be aiming to satisfy both audiences from here on out.
