On the red carpet before last night’s Emmys, Flight of the Conchords‘ Bret McKenzie seemed to spill the beans to TV Guide about Conchords DLC due to hit the Rock Band store.

TV Guide: The Beatles: Rock Band has come out; are we going to see Flight of the Conchords?

McKenzie: You know what? There’s going to be three songs on Rock Band. Yeah.

TV Guide: Are you — I can’t tell if you’re serious or not.

McKenzie: I’m serious.

Jemaine Clement: Dead serious.

TV Guide: What are they? Which ones?

Clement: Dunno.

McKenzie: Yeah, not sure. But you’ll be able to jam out. You’ll be able to look like the Beatles and play one of our songs!

If it weren’t for that last comment I’d completely buy it, but as it is I’m not entirely sure they’re serious. Have a look at the video after the break and let me know if you’re buying it.
