TeamXbox reports that the singer of neo-prog-rock band Muse (yes, I just coined that term, so what?) will be joining Johnny Cash, Shirley Manson, and Carlos Santana as a playable character in Guitar Hero 5. He may not have the man-on-the-street recognition as some of those other rock stars, but man does he have the voice.
UPDATE: Reader Pawzilla points out that Kurt Cobain is also a playable character in the game for at least one song, which I knew but completely forgot in the frenzy of launch. Check out the comments for a link to the video.
